Free Will

Quite easy, but obviously the most complicated thing to do: Using free will. Of course, it is not only your free will which is challenged but a whole economy which needs you not to use it. On the contrary, it persuades you all the time that your free will is already looked after perfectly on the shelves of the supermarkets. Simple and straight forward reasoning tells you that obesity, diabetes, cholesterol and cardiovascular problems, to mention only a few common problems, are in the majority of cases directly related to food and exercise. My daughter would say to me it does not need rocket science to conclude that changing your diet and your exercise regime could avoid illnesses and reduce the need for treatment. I am not a nutritionist nor a doctor. I am interested in free will. Is it really so impossible to use and exercise it?
