On “Happiness”
There is more to life than horror. Although some insist that life is horror. Someone very clever once said: “Hell is not what is waiting for us, hell is what we are in.” Cioran cultivated misery and Žižek has still a lot to learn from the goats. Happiness is just as unbearable as health and success. Everybody wants it but nobody knows what to do with it when it is available. Perhaps, because everybody insists on happiness as a permanent state of affairs, and everything else is considered treason and scandal. By the way, ideas can be revised.
